We own quite a number of cookbooks and many on pastries, cookies and various desserts. This one has to be my favorite. We bought it for our daughter for her birthday but seriously love it myself. Just the photos alone make your drool! I love the detailed recipes and tips. I look forward to my daughter baking desserts from this book. The first thing she tried was eclairs.
